Annual Spring Student Survey

The annual spring student survey provides students in grades 3–8 with an opportunity to share feedback about their school experience. The results will help guide school planning and inform improvements as we continue working to provide a positive, supportive learning environment for all students. While your child may not see the impact of these changes right away, the progress made may benefit your child and others in the future.

Although we encourage all selected students to participate and share their feedback, participation in the survey is completely voluntary. No action will be taken against your child, you, or the school if your child chooses not to participate. You may review the survey questions at any time.

The survey will be administered online through the Panorama platform during the week of March 23, 2026, and will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Please sign and return the consent form on or before March 12, 2026.

Please see below to view a sample of the survey questions.
